This PR bumps the zarrita dependency to 0.7.3 or higher. The 0.7.3 release fixed a bug where a checksum byte length of 4 was hardcoded into the zarrita sharding codec, resulting in unreadable data when a sharded array's
index_codecsdid not include a checksum.@krokicki
